I was going to comment to say that you should definitely talk to the owner about your experience with the waiter, and I'm glad to see (above) that you already have. The way he treated you is beyond horrifying. I'm pretty mild-mannered & do not ever cause a stink (especially at a restaurant), but I think I would have had a fit if I received that drawing on my receipt - not to mention his complete rudeness otherwise, as well. Wow. In addition to speaking with the owner, I encourage you to review this restaurant online (like on Happy Cow and/or Yelp) so other people know what to expect. I listen to a radio program called Uprising on KPFK, where they say that the purpose of journalism is to "question the prevailing wisdom." We all need to challenge ourselves to do just that.
