I think the amount of chocolate chips could easily be reduced by half. Colleen also suggests using peanut butter chips, which would be delicious. I added walnuts to some. These cookies are kind of like brownie cookies. Next time I make this recipe I am going to leave out the chips and add walnuts or pecans or make them plain chocolate cookies.
