		<description>I&#039;m a big fan of steel-cut oats, too. Speaking of easy, have you ever tried prepping them the night before? Bring them to boil in a pot of water, let it go for about a minute, then put a lid on and turn off the stove. Let it sit overnight, and in the morning you have perfectly cooked oats. Warm the pot up again and throw in the toppings.
