We’ve had another festive week of partying! This time it was an all-nighter, a good old fashioned sleepover. When the guests arrived, they were greeted with a cold hummus-style dip, Spinach & Artichoke Great Northern Bean Dip:
Then it was time for a hot appetizer, the gloriously creamy Loaded Potato Slices with Cashew Cream & Bacony Bits:
As morning drew closer, we needed something on the breakfast side of things with Apple Cinnamon Waffle Sticks:
Finally, as the sun peeked out from the horizon, something hearty was on the menu with the Southwestern Tofu Tostada:
This ends the pajama party week of my party-themed posts, but the fun doesn’t stop here! Today you’ll find me over at Veganville, doing a video interview with the irreverent and hilarious, Gigi.
