Chocolate covered oranges
It doesn't get easier than this simple vegan dessert. They look fancy, but come together in only minutes.Get creative and switch up the fruit you use! This recipe also works with strawberries, pineapple chunks, raspberries, cherries, or even vegan marshmallows. They're all delicious dipped in melted chocolate.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave for 50 seconds, stopping once to stir. After 50 seconds, the chips still might look like they haven't melted yet, but once you start stirring, they will smooth out.
Dip orange slices into the melted chocolate, and lay them on a parchment paper-covered plate.
Refrigerate the dipped orange slices for fifteen minutes until the chocolate sets. Then serve!
The chocolate goes on easiest when it's warm. So be sure to work quickly after it has come out of the microwave.
The chocolate holds to the fruit best when the fruit is dry. So blot it with a clean towel if needed.
