Process the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper through the juicer. (Remove the stems from the bell pepper & tomatoes before juicing, and the peel from the garlic.)
If you like garlic and want an extra savory kick, add the optional clove of garlic as well.
Pour over ice into two glasses.
Notes
Depending on the size of your juicer's chute, you may have to cut your vegetables down to a smaller size to fit. For my juicer, it works best when I keep the vegetables as large as possible. If tomatoes aren't in season, use an equal amount of cherry tomatoes for a sweet, refreshing juice instead.If you don't have red bell pepper, any other color of bell pepper will work. It won't be quite as sweet with green, but it will still taste delicious & mild.
