Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into 2 small glasses or one tall glass & serve.
Notes
If you have a high-speed blender, you can put whole flaxseeds right into the blender jar. However, if you don't, you will need to grind the flaxseeds first in a clean coffee grinder, or use store-bought ground flaxseed.
