    Quick pickles

    Quick pickles are one of my favorite ways to add brightness and crunch to a dish in a hurry. There’s no need for complicated equipment or water baths here. These small-batch refrigerator pickles are simple to make, big on flavor, and ready to use in just hours or days.

    In this collection, you’ll find everything from classics like pickled red onions and jalapeños to more seasonal or unexpected favorites like green garlic, pickled shallots, and hot pink turnips. Use them to jazz up wraps, top bowls, brighten salads, or round out a mezze platter.
